He specialises in bankruptcy and restructuring law. He also has experience handling a wide range of civil and commercial law cases. A graduate of postgraduate studies at the Świętokrzyskie University of Technology, specialisation “Real Estate Appraisal”. He holds the title of real estate appraiser authorizing him to perform professional activities in determining the value of real estate, as well as machinery and equipment permanently connected with real estate. He is also professionally interested in real estate law and labour law.

Experience:

• He has gained professional experience in local government units and in law firms, where he provided ongoing legal assistance to individual clients and business entities.
• He has extensive experience in drafting and analysing civil law contracts, with a particular focus on contractual obligations.
• He also has experience in debt collection, including public law receivables (e.g., as an employee of enforcement authorities).
• As a team member, he handles bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings on behalf of a trustee, an arrangement supervisor, and a court-appointed supervisor.
