Our interdisciplinary team is composed of specialists in law, tax and accounting and HR. Thanks to this wide range of services, every team member is free to shape their career according to their preferences. Many of our existing employees took their first steps at JGA and have stayed with us for many years. This is largely because we focus on the ongoing development of our team on many levels.  

This includes not only professional training and opportunities to participate in industry events, but also the development of communication skills and the use of new technologies. Our specialists also have opportunities to share their knowledge at numerous conferences and meetings with students.  

We are focused on achieving professional goals, but equally important are the friendly relationships among all team members regardless of seniority or position. Maintaining lasting relationships in a team of more than 100 people is possible thanks to regular team-building meetings in a relaxed atmosphere.
