Tomasz Pyrda

Tomasz specialises in civil law, public procurement law, and environmental law. He provides ongoing legal assistance to commercial companies and partnerships, including international, listed companies. He participates in negotiations of commercial contracts, represents clients in civil and commercial disputes, as well as in mediations. He represents clients in proceedings before the National Chamber of Commerce and the Public Procurement Court. He provides advice in the field of environmental law and participates in due diligence investigations within M&A processes.  He provides pro bono legal support to church and non-governmental organisations and their beneficiaries, regularly collaborating with the Dom Nadziei Foundation in Gliwice.

In his leisure time he enjoys skiing in winter and cycling in summer. Regardless of the season, he listens to music without limiting himself to a specific genre (although with a few exceptions), and occasionally engages in singing in choirs and rock bands.
