Piotr Miły

Piotr specialises in issues related to economic law, medical law, and sports law. He provides advice on matters related to managing legal risk in companies. He acts as an attorney-in-fact in legal proceedings, including cases concerning medical malpractice, representing both healthcare entities and patients.

He is an experienced advisor in providing ongoing support to entrepreneurs, including a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He also advises one of the largest private healthcare entity in Poland, which manages highly specialized hospitals. He has been involved in major acquisition, restructuring, and financing projects. He develops and reviews internal procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Piotr combines a sheer passion for sports with professional work. He provides legal advice to sports clubs, coaches, and athletes. Since 2019 he has been providing ongoing legal assistance to a joint-stock company whose senior football team competes at the national level. He was engaged in the work of the legal team appointed by the First Football League. In 2021 he was appointed as an arbitrator to the Arbitration Court of the Polish Football Association, recommended by the football club community. He participated in the process aimed at introducing changes to the Polish Football Association’s regulations, as part of the Social Dialogue Committee. He is a member of the Legislative Experts Team for Professional Football, operating under the Competition and Professional Football Committee of the Polish Football Association. Since 2022 he has been the Vice President of the Management Board of the Second Football League Association.

Piotr is also involved in providing assistance to non-governmental organisations, advising, among others, the Board of the House of Guardian Angels Association, which works for children and youth growing up in post-mining and post-smelter, impoverished and excluded areas in the Silesia and Silesian-Dąbrowa region. Co-creator of a free legal advice clinic for the poorest, located in Lublin. He dedicates his leisure time to traveling and strives to attend local sports events.
