Marta provides comprehensive support to entrepreneurs in the real estate, automotive, and manufacturing industries. She conducts audits and legal analyses primarily focused on identifying and minimising areas of risk related to real estate transactions, as well as civil and commercial law issues. She participates in the restructuring processes of SMEs and large enterprises, supporting them at every stage of the restructuring process, from auditing to structuring and comprehensive implementation thereof. She assists entrepreneurs in succession planning and implementing reward models for key employees. She has extensive experience in providing comprehensive legal services to entities belonging to foreign capital groups, supporting them in ongoing operational activities and group-related relationships.

She coordinates the work of the Firm’s team responsible for court- and out-of-court resolution of disputes with insurers regarding the determination and payment of compensation for vehicle damage.

Personally, she is an enthusiast of travelling, good coffee, and food, preferably consumed and enjoyed simultaneously.

Experience:

  • She has been associated with JGA Legal and Tax Advisory since the beginning of her professional career.
  • She has significant experience in matters related to the commercialisation and trading in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural property, as well as the implementation of construction projects.
  • She has handled numerous cases and disputes related to the enjoyment and trading in real estate, including preliminary agreements and joint venture agreements.
  • She has experience in matters concerning investment agreements with transmission companies and disputes regarding the obligation of transmission companies to purchase transmission equipment built with the use of private investors’ funds.
  • She has prepared and filed several cassation appeals with the Supreme Court based on legal issues concerning civil law and the liability of a particular company’s board members for its obligations.
  • She provides ongoing support to entrepreneurs carrying out construction work within key projects co-financed with public funds exceeding one hundred million zlotys.
  • She is fluent in English.
