Karolina Wolnicka

Karolina practices in the field of construction contracts for the railway construction sector and handles disputes in this area, particularly with State investors. She provides advice on matters related to capital investments, conducting due diligence processes, and preparing transactional documentation. She provides legal support in the preparation process for renewable energy investments. She also offers ongoing legal assistance in civil and commercial law, i.a. for entities with foreign capital.

In her leisure time she rediscovers the beauty of Polish nature while cycling.

Experience:

• In her practice, she has collaborated with large capital groups operating in the heavy industry sector, including entities listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). She has been involved in corporate bond issuances and listings, as well as the preparation of prospectuses and information memoranda.
• She has advised clients in the FMCG and retail sectors, including distributors.
• She has been involved in numerous real estate transactions.
• She has conducted proceedings for the registration of trademarks before the Polish Patent Office (UPRP) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
• She is fluent in English and Russian.
