Senior Lawyer

At JGA, Hanna is responsible for international transactions, including contracts for delivery, sale, significant value orders, along with financing and security issues. She specialises in the creation, management, supervision, and liquidation of foreign entities in cooperation with local advisors. She handles ongoing legal support for entities conducting business abroad, both companies having trade relations with foreign entities and subsidiaries outside the territory of the Republic of Poland. She conducts negotiations concerning contentious issues with foreign entities and oversees processes in foreign jurisdictions. She conducts due diligence processes for foreign entities.

She enjoys travelling and organising trips from A to Z. In her leisure time she engages in various sports, practices yoga, and dances Latin dances.

Experience:

  • She specialises particularly in negotiating and drafting various contracts related to the export of goods and services to Eurozone countries and beyond the EU, including transaction financing with BGK/KUKE.
  • She oversees the legal aspects of conducting business abroad in the form of companies or foreign branches.
  • She holds supervisory roles in the authorities of foreign companies.
  • She provides advice in the processes of establishing, acquiring, transforming, and liquidating foreign entities in cooperation with reputable law firms worldwide.
  • She oversees civil law processes abroad and conduct negotiations with foreign contractors.
  • She is fluent in English and has basic  command of Russian and French.
