At JGA, Dagmara provides comprehensive legal services to industrial entities, as well as associations and foundations. She advises both businesses and individual clients at the pre-litigation stage by conducting an analysis of the reasonableness of claims and by determining procedural risks. Additionally, she prepares subpoenas, legal documents, and engages in settlement negotiations. As part of her professional practice, she handles various court proceedings, representing clients in payment disputes and disputes aiming at the rendition of declaratory judgments. She specialises in cases involving non-performance or improper performance of contracts, including matters related to liquidated damages.  Professionally, she is also interested in energy law. 

As an undergraduate she provided pro bono legal assistance in civil law at the Student Legal Clinic of the University of Silesia in Katowice, where she served as a chairperson. 

In her leisure time she enjoys reading crime novels and delving into dog training methods. 

Experience:

  • She has been engaged in collaborating with JGA Legal and Tax Advisory since 2018.
  • She is experienced in ongoing legal support for business entities, including corporate service for companies, as well as drafting and analysing contracts between clients and their contractors.
  • She specialises in cases involving non-performance or improper performance of contracts, as well as issues related to liquidated damages.
