Beata Łysik

Beata specialises in social insurance, labour law regulations, as well as salary calculations, also for foreign entities operating in the domestic market. She has extensive knowledge in the field of occupational health and safety, personal data protection, and settlements with the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons. She puts special emphasis on shaping a friendly organisational culture and developing talents. She collaborates with numerous companies, both Polish and foreign, on the basis of outsourcing relationship. She conducts trainings, i.a. on social insurance, salary calculations, and labour law.

• She has been associated with JGA since the beginning of her professional career.
• She created the HR and payroll department at JGA and has been managing it since 2012.
• She is an expert in labour law, personal data protection, and settlements with the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons.
