Agnieszka Mikuła-Palik

Agnieszka provides ongoing legal assistance to dozens of commercial entities, including publicly listed companies. She specialises primarily in public procurement law and financial law. She advises clients on matters related to credit agreements, including agreements based on LMA guidelines, factoring agreements, credit and guarantee line agreements, various forms of external financing and debenture issuance processes. Additionally, she specialises in public procurement law and represents clients in proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber and the Regional Court – Public Procurement Court in Warsaw.

She has been providing legal assistance to commercial entities continuously since 2004, both within teams of legal advisors and attorneys-at-law, and within her individual legal counsel’s practice. The list of entities she has provided assistance to encompasses commercial companies, individual entrepreneurs, local government units, budgetary units, and trade unions.
