Experience:
- In September 2022, he became a Qualified Restructuring Advisor.
- He has served or continues to serve as a receiver, an administrator, a court-appointed supervisor, and a supervisor of arrangements in nearly a hundred proceedings.
- He represented, among others, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the course of the debtor’s reconstruction proceedings, who operated 13 diagnostic imaging laboratories in the Silesian Voivodeship.
- He participated in the restructuring proceedings of a hospital, during which a creditor provided new financing while simultaneously converting debt into the debtor’s share capital.
- As a court-appointed supervisor he guided a railway industry company through a composition proceeding involving over 100 creditors with a total claim amount exceeding PLN 37 million. The proceedings concluded with a final and non-appealable arrangement supported by over 99% of the creditors.
- He represents creditors or debtors in proceedings aimed at prohibiting the conduct of business activity, as well as in cases involving personal liability of managers.
- He is an experienced interim manager, primarily in cases involving a controlled winding-up of a company’s operations and the company being struck off any relevant register.
- In 2021 he received a special award in the Rising Star 2021 competition organized by Wolters Kluwer.
- He has completed numerous courses and training programs in bankruptcy and restructuring law.
