JGA acted as legal advisor in a project related to raising funds in the amount of 100 million PLN.

JGA lawyers acted as legal advisors in a project related to the process of procuring financing in the amount of 100 million PLN, by a client conducting investment activity. The said project involved implementing changes to the client’s capital group structure in order to meet the financing requirements set by the funding entity, as well as securing the financing in the form of debt.

Within the project, JGA lawyers provided advisory services, particularly in the preparation and negotiation of documentation structuring the client’s capital group, the preparation and negotiation of financing documentation, as well as security documentation. They also provided advisory services related to carrying out the client’s post-financing obligations.
