JGA acts as an advisor in the acquisition transaction of a glass factory by a leading coffee producer

The members of the JGA team advised Instanta sp. z o.o. (as the buyer) in the acquisition transaction of a glass factory located in the Opole Voivodeship from its previous owner. The acquisition by Instanta sp. z o.o., a leading coffee producer and a company manufacturing glass packaging, is a means to enhance their competitive advantage by gaining control over a significant element of the coffee production process. Placing a strong emphasis on glass packaging is also Instanta’s response to market expectations focused on reducing the use of plastic packaging.

The scope of JGA’s advisory services included transaction structuring and negotiation of transaction documentation, including the share purchase agreement.

The abovementioned project was carried out by the JGA team, composed of Natalia Skutnik-Golecka (legal advisor) and Wojciech Sablik (tax advisor).
