JGA – a legal advisor in the sale of a wind farm

Lawyers from JGA advised in the sales of shares in an entity established to implement the wind farm project with a total installed capacity of 10MW. The sale took place in May 2022. The scope of the advisory of JGA included participation in negotiating the transaction documentation.
