Job Advertisement – lawyer / legal apprentice (1st year of apprenticeship)

JGA Ginckaj, Morawiec, Olszewski, Stankiewicz Sp. p. Law Firm is currently looking for a candidate for the position of:

Lawyer / Apprentice Legal Counsel (1st year of apprenticeship)

Responsibilities:

  • drafting and reviewing drafts of pleadings, contracts, regulations, legal opinions, and information in the field of civil law, commercial law, economic law, and labour law.
  • drafting other documents as part of legal support for particular clients,
  • drafting pleadings in civil proceedings,
  • managing case files for designated clients,
  • assisting a legal counselor/senior specialist lawyer in ongoing legal services,
  • representing clients before courts if holding the legal apprentice status,
  • obtaining information about the status of court and out-of-court proceedings conducted by our Law Firm, conducting analysis of judicial decisions.

Requirements:

  • interest in civil law, economic law, and labour law matters (experience will be an additional asset),
  • higher education in law (legal apprentice status is not required),
  • practical knowledge of the English language (Legal English will be an additional asset),
  • timeliness and ability to work under time pressure,
  • logical and analytical thinking skills,
  • proficiency in using office equipment and MS Office packages, particularly EXCEL,
  • ability to work in a team, commitment, and willingness for professional development, good work organisation, independence, diligence, and accuracy.
