HR and Payroll Specialist

Roksana specialises in providing comprehensive HR and payroll services, focusing on recruitment processes and salaries or wages. She maintains complete documentation and calculates employee salaries. She also handles timekeeping, employee leave, and sick leave records.

She maintains communication with external institutions such as the Social Insurance Institution and the Tax Office. She handles all payroll calculations and prepares declarations for the Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution, State Fund for Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities (PFRON), and Statistical Office (GUS).
She ensures that all employment-related actions and documents in the company comply with labor law regulations.

In her leisure time she enjoys gardening, cycling, and exploring interesting places in Poland. She is a fan of FPS games.
