Rafał Szudarek

Rafał specialises in the regulation of real estate legal status and the activities of capital companies, including those listed on the Stock Exchange. He handles cases related to servitudes(easements), including servitudes of transmission and unauthorised use of real estate, as well as compensation claims. He provides clients with ongoing legal assistance in the field of business law. Since the beginning of his professional practice, he has been providing comprehensive advice to business entities in the service industry (including holdings), manufacturing (including automotive), distribution, and transportation.

In his leisure time he engages in sports activities, gardening, and travelling. He particularly enjoys visiting national nature reserves and parks.
