Natalia Skutnik

Natalia is an attorney-at-law with over 10 years of experience. She specialises in providing legal assistance for M&A transactions conducted by domestic and foreign entities, advising both sellers and buyers. Additionally, she handles legal support and planning for reorganisation processes, including transformations, mergers, and divisions. She also provides legal support for family office organisations, overseeing family assets, primarily consisting of controlling interest in industrial companies. Regardless of the above, she provides ongoing legal assistance to our law firm’s clients, particularly with respect to corporate aspects.

She loves travelling and hiking in the mountains. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading non-fiction and fantasy literature.
