Marcin Sablik

Marcin is an attorney-at-law entered in the list of legal counselors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counselors in Katowice. He specialises in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and VC (venture capital) transactions. He provides advice on investment funds, particularly in the Venture area (joining funds, ongoing operations, investments in startups, and exits from portfolio companies). He has participated in numerous transactions involving the acquisition, sale, and investment in both private and public companies. He completed two editions of the School of American Law (organized by the University of Silesia in cooperation with Loyola University New Orleans, the University of Toledo, and the University of Arkansas).
