Marcin Piątek LL.M.

Marcin specialises in tax advisory services in the areas of corporate income tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT), value-added tax (VAT), property tax, and tax proceedings. He provides advice to both domestic and foreign clients. His advisory activities cover issues related to ongoing business operations, corporate reorganizations, as well as tax planning. He serves as the chairman of the supervisory board in a company whose team participates in the PlusLiga volleyball competition. As a compliance officer, he oversees corporate governance and compliance with applicable regulations in a company involved in the collection and processing of sports statistics. He also conducts professional trainings in the field of tax law.

He spends his leisure time actively, cycling, riding a horse with his daughter, and continuously discovering the beauty of Polish mountains.
