Her tasks include calculating salaries for both employment contracts and civil-law agreements, preparing declarations for the Social Insurance Institution, Tax Authorities, Statistical Office, and the Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Fund (PFRON). She also issues certificates and handles enforcement and foreclosure proceedings. She creates comprehensive HR documentation (employment contracts, civil- law agreements, employment certificates, etc.) and keeps records of particular annual leaves and sick leaves.
