Jakub Lepiarz

Jakub specialises in corporate restructuring processes. He manages projects related to transformations, mergers, and divisions of commercial companies and partnerships. He provides ongoing legal and tax support to JGA clients in the field of commercial and tax law. He represents clients in court proceedings and tax proceedings before public authorities. He advises Polish and foreign companies, with a particular focus on real estate law and the pharmaceutical industry.

In his leisure time he dedicates himself to traveling and tennis. He is a fan of motorsport, football, and science fiction movies.
