Bożena Łuszczyńska

Bożena specialises in civil law, labor law, and data protection law. She is experienced in representing clients in court disputes, particularly in civil, commercial, and employment cases. She handles negotiations and the process of drafting commercial contracts. She provides ongoing legal assistance to the firm’s clients in the field of economic law. She monitors compliance with regulations and internal ethical standards, serving as an Ombudsman (a representative in the case of any violations of employee rights and ethical norms) in one of the largest transport companies in Poland.

In her leisure time she enjoys running and cycling. She is a huge fan of literature, dance, and Latin American culture.
