Lucyna Greinert has joined the group of property appraisers

We are delighted to announce that Lucyna Greinert of JGA Legal and Tax Advisory has joined the group of property appraisers having passed the professional examination.

The examination for a property appraiser consists of a written and oral component, with an average pass rate of less than 25%. The difficulty level of the property appraiser examination is evident from the fact that in the September session, only 19 out of 93 candidates passed the written part. Only a few of them obtained a positive result for the entire examination.

In her daily work, Lucyna, as a tax advisor, is responsible for providing ongoing support to entrepreneurs in the field of tax law, with a particular emphasis on topics related to transfer pricing, VAT, and property tax.
