JGA Legal and Tax Advisory acts as an advisor in the acquisition of control by a public company over a company operating magnetic resonance imaging laboratories

The members of the JGA team advised VOXEL S.A. (as the buyer) in the acquisition transaction of a controlling interest in the company “Rezonans Powiśle” sp. z o.o., with its registered office located in Dąbrowa Tarnowska, operating two magnetic resonance imaging laboratories in Dąbrowa Tarnowska and Brzesko. The acquisition of control over the company by VOXEL S.A. represents the implementation of VOXEL S.A.’s adopted development strategy, which involves increasing the number of imaging diagnostics laboratories operated within the VOXEL S.A. Capital Group.

JGA’s scope of advisory services included transaction structuring and negotiating transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements concluded with existing shareholders.
