JGA acts as legal advisor to VOXEL S.A. in the transaction of taking full legal control over Exira Gamma Knife sp. z o.o., based in Katowice

Lawyers from JGA Law Firm advised VOXEL S.A., based in Kraków, in the acquisition of a portion of shares of Exira Gamma Knife sp. z o.o., located in Katowice, allowing VOXEL S.A. to gain full control over the company. The said portion of shares was acquired by VOXEL S.A. from Healthcare Investments s.á r.l., based in Luxembourg, which is part of the NU-MED capital group that operates medical facilities specialising in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in Poland. Exira Gamma Knife sp. z o.o. is a company providing diagnostic services and ambulatory medical care, including the innovative and non-invasive treatment method utilising the Gamma Knife Perfexion device.

The sale transaction was conducted and finalised at the end of October 2018. JGA Law Firm’s advisory scope included the structuring of the sale transaction and negotiating the transaction documentation, including the share purchase agreement.
