Lawyers from JGA advised in the cross-border merger of the companies which have their registered offices in Poland and Cyprus. The process included the takeover of a Cypriot company by a Polish company which allowed for the transfer of the assets accumulated in the Cypriot entity to Poland.
In the process, JGA provided advisory services in the selection of an optimal project implementation concept, preparation of proper merger documentation, and coordination of the entire merger. Advisory of JGA also included notifications of the Financial Supervision Authority, as well as the issuer, necessary due to the transfer of the controlling interest in the company listed on the New Connect market as the result of the merger.
