Head HR and Payroll Specialist

In her professional practice Karolina is responsible for preparing and maintaining personnel files and other documents, recording annual leaves, issuing certificates, preparing employment-related documents. She enters and updates data in the HR and payroll system, processes working time, calculates employee remuneration, and communicates with government institutions, including the Social Insurance Institution and the Tax Office. Additionally, she supports the team in other administrative and office tasks.

She spends her leisure time outdoors. She loves travelling, both domestically and internationally.
