JGA Legal and Tax Advisory served as advisors to the sellers, a photovoltaic farm, for the benefit of Wirtualna Polska

JGA Legal and Tax Advisory acted as legal advisor to the sellers in the transaction involving the sale of shares in a limited liability company operating a photovoltaic farm to one of the companies within the Wirtualna Polska group. The sellers of the shares were individuals who were the developers of the photovoltaic farm project. As a result of the completion of this transaction, green energy generated from own production now covers nearly half of Wirtualna Polska’s server power supply needs.
