As part of the implementation of assistance solutions by the Industrial Development Agency S.A., a new program called “Polityka Nowej Szansy” (New Chance Policy) has been launched. It serves as a support tool for entrepreneurs for their rescue or restructuring, provided for by the Act of 16 July 2020 on Granting Public Aid for the Rescue or Restructuring of Entrepreneurs.
Within the program, three support instruments have been implemented for entrepreneurs:
- rescue assistance
- temporary restructuring support
- restructuring assistance.
A licensed restructuring advisor Adrian Dzwonek of JGA Legal and Tax Advisory is among the twenty-five licensed advisors from across Poland who will be responsible for providing support and advisory services at the local branches of the Industrial Development Agency within the framework of the New Chance Policy. Due to his location, Adrian has been assigned to the local branch of the Industrial Development Agency in Katowice.
