A legal advisor specializing in corporate law and capital markets. He comprehensively prepares and coordinates complex processes related to tender offers for the sale of shares in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, mandatory buyouts, and delistings.

He advises public companies on disclosure policies and the day-to-day fulfillment of disclosure obligations, including those arising from the MAR Regulation. He handles M&A transactions as a due diligence coordinator, author of transaction documentation, and member of the negotiation team.

He has extensive experience in conducting court and arbitration proceedings in civil and commercial matters, including corporate disputes. He regularly advises companies operating in the offshore, energy, machinery, and automotive industries.

He spends his free time actively, running and hiking in the mountains on foot or by bike. He is interested in automobiles and medicine.
