She manages a team of legal advisors and attorneys specializing in real estate law in the broadest sense. She provides comprehensive support to real estate entrepreneurs, including matters of administrative law, such as real estate issues, construction law, and historic preservation.
She conducts legal audits and analyses focused primarily on identifying and minimizing risks associated with real estate transactions and civil law issues. She specializes in transactions involving the acquisition, sale, and commercialization of residential, commercial, office, and warehouse properties under an acquisition model. She supports investors during negotiations of construction contracts (under the package model and general contracting model) as well as sales and lease agreements for office and commercial spaces.
She actively implements and develops artificial intelligence tools in legal practice, particularly in the areas of document analysis, legal process automation, preparation of contract documentation, and knowledge management within the law firm and the organization.
