Aleksandra Śliwa

A legal advisor with over 17 years of experience providing legal services to businesses and investment projects, particularly in the areas of real estate, construction projects, and property development.

She manages a team of legal advisors and attorneys specializing in real estate law in the broadest sense. She provides comprehensive support to real estate entrepreneurs, including matters of administrative law, such as real estate issues, construction law, and historic preservation.

She conducts legal audits and analyses focused primarily on identifying and minimizing risks associated with real estate transactions and civil law issues. She specializes in transactions involving the acquisition, sale, and commercialization of residential, commercial, office, and warehouse properties under an acquisition model. She supports investors during negotiations of construction contracts (under the package model and general contracting model) as well as sales and lease agreements for office and commercial spaces.

She actively implements and develops artificial intelligence tools in legal practice, particularly in the areas of document analysis, legal process automation, preparation of contract documentation, and knowledge management within the law firm and the organization.

She collaborates with the University of Economics in Katowice, teaching courses in the postgraduate program in real estate management. She serves as a student mentor in the Campus Bemke Foundation’s mentoring program, which supports the development of young lawyers and students.

In her personal life, she is a culinary enthusiast, runner, and fan of trekking, art, and architecture. She most enjoys pursuing these interests while traveling.

Previously, she served as a legal clerk in public administration (Rybnik County Office), where she gained practical knowledge of administrative procedures related to real estate, and subsequently worked as a lawyer at the TDJ Group.
• Lecturer at the University of Economics in Katowice (since 2023) in the postgraduate program in real estate management.
• Participant in the specialized seminar “Finance for Boards, Directors, and Non-Financial Managers” organized by the French Institute of Economics in Poland.
