She advises clients and provides services to entrepreneurs in matters related to civil and administrative law. She specializes in particular in environmental law and waste law. In her work, she focuses on in-depth legal analysis of issues from various fields of law, combining theoretical knowledge with a practical approach to problem solving. She gained her professional experience both in law firms and in government administration, which allowed her to gain a comprehensive view of the functioning of law in practice.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia (2020). Co-author of scientific publications, including in the volume “Contemporary Problems of Agricultural and Food Law [II]” (University of Silesia, 2022) and “(Ap)teczka prawa administracyjnego” (University of Silesia, 2019).

In her free time, she walks her dog, travels, visits museums, and relaxes with a good movie or TV series. She also pursues her interests in the humanities, especially art history.

Experience:

  • For 4 years, she has specialized in environmental and waste law, dealing with, among other things, cases of waste abandoned on real estate, supporting entrepreneurs in proceedings before, among others, the Provincial Inspector of Environmental Protection, the Chief Inspector of Environmental Protection, and the Regional Director of Environmental Protection.
  • She gained her experience mainly in law firms.
  • She also has experience working in public administration bodies (Provincial Building Control Inspectorate).
  • In 2024, she completed postgraduate studies in agriculture at the Hugo Kołłątaj University of Agriculture in Krakow.
  • She speaks English.
