Ewa Konieczna

She specialises in real estate law, investment processes and commercial company law. She supports the Firm’s clients in their day-to-day legal matters. She is a trainee attorney-at-law registered with the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.

She gained her experience advising clients operating in the real estate, investment and rail transport sectors. She also has experience in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. She has been involved in preparing due diligence reports for both asset deal and share deal transactions.

Privately, she is passionate about cars, fitness and cycling.

• Recipient of the Professor Walerian Pańko Scientific Award for the best graduate in the 2023/2024 academic year.
• Four-time recipient of the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students at the University of Silesia in Katowice, awarded for outstanding academic performance and achievements.
• Winner of the 4th National CIVILIS Moot Court Competition in Civil Law and Civil Procedure and finalist of the 3rd National Competition in Commercial Law.
• Author of academic publications and speaker at national and international academic conferences.
• She is fluent in English, German and Russian.

• She gained professional experience at law firms and a regional court.
• She served as Vice-President of the Student Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice.
• She has experience in complex, multi-threaded commercial proceedings.
