Magdalena Krasińska

A trainee legal advisor who assists clients at JGA with day-to-day legal services, with a particular focus on civil law, commercial law, and corporate law.

Her practice focuses on commercial law, civil law, contracts, and providing support to businesses in their day-to-day operations. She also has experience in investment projects, due diligence, settlement negotiations, bankruptcy proceedings, and advising entities in the renewable energy sector, including lease agreements for renewable energy projects.

In addition to law, she holds a degree in psychology, which allows her to combine precise legal analysis with a thoughtful approach to communication, negotiation, and client needs.

Beyond her current professional practice, she actively pursues academic and organizational activities. She participates in academic conferences, focusing her research interests on issues at the intersection of law, psychology, and organizational functioning. She serves as a member of the Board of the Institute of Science and Innovation, where she is responsible, among other things, for legal services, project management, and research and academic activities.

• She has over 3 years of professional experience providing legal services to businesses, including in the areas of civil, commercial, contract, and corporate law, as well as litigation, administrative proceedings, and investment projects.
• She received her law degree with honors and the Professor Oktawia Górniok Academic Award
• A trainee legal advisor registered with the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• She handled civil proceedings conducted as part of the bankruptcy of a commercial bank—drafting pleadings, analyzing documentation, and providing ongoing legal support in matters related to the bankruptcy estate.
• She advised entities in the renewable energy sector—in particular on drafting and negotiating real estate lease agreements for renewable energy projects.
• She participated in investment projects and due diligence reviews—analyzing documentation, identifying risks, and preparing legal recommendations.
• She provided ongoing legal services to entrepreneurs and companies—in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, and contract law.
• She supported clients in court and administrative proceedings—preparing legal briefs, opinions, and analyses, as well as providing ongoing case management.
