Karolina Blacha-Cieślik

A legal advisor with over 20 years of professional experience. She specializes in corporate law at every stage of a company’s operations, as well as capital markets law. She advises management boards and supervisory boards of corporations on day-to-day operations, the organization and management of corporate groups, and restructuring processes. She leads projects related to the transformation of commercial companies and has experience in conducting due diligence processes. She serves as Vice President of the Management Board of the publicly traded company ZAMET S.A., headquartered in Piotrków Trybunalski, and sits on the supervisory boards of capital companies, including publicly traded companies.

In his free time, he devotes himself to literature and travel, which allow him to view reality from different perspectives.
