Chief AI Officer

At JGA, she serves as AI Chief Officer, responsible for the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence technologies and the development of technological competencies within the legal and tax teams. She leads projects related to the use of generative AI and LegalTech technologies in the firm’s operations. She advises law firms and corporate legal departments on designing AI utilization strategies, leads the implementation of generative AI tools, and supports organizations in transforming the work of lawyers. She also addresses issues related to AI governance, technology risk management, and the development of new work models for legal teams. At the same time, he develops lawyers’ technological competencies through training sessions, workshops, and educational programs on the practical use of generative AI in their professional work.

She conducts educational and implementation activities regarding the use of artificial intelligence in the legal industry and in business organizations. She conducts training for legal and business communities on the safe and effective use of AI technology, including nationwide training programs carried out in cooperation with the National Chamber of Tax Advisers. She is the host of the podcast “Moment Sputnika 2.0,” in which she discusses the development of new technologies and their impact on legal practice and the legal services market.

As a legal advisor, she has many years of experience in real estate law, particularly in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses in the real estate development and construction industries. She has advised on real estate development projects at all stages of the process, participated in the negotiation of commercial contracts, and represented businesses in real estate-related litigation.

In her free time, she designs and creates functional ceramics.
