Paweł Cieślak

He specializes in providing legal advice in the areas of real estate law, agricultural law, and contract law. On a daily basis, he supports entrepreneurs and investors in real estate transactions and construction projects. He advises on the preparation and negotiation of contracts related to the investment process, including construction contracts under the lump-sum model and the general contractor model, as well as leases for office and commercial space. He participates in real estate due diligence legal analyses, which include examining the legal and factual status of properties and identifying risks associated with planned transactions and investments. He has experience in conducting proceedings aimed at regularizing the legal status of real estate, particularly in matters concerning entries in land registers, including proceedings to remove historical entries.

He has participated in legal analyses of real estate prepared for transactions and planned investment processes, including the examination of legal titles, restrictions on the use of real estate, and encumbrances disclosed in land and mortgage registers.

Experience

• Experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses and investors in the areas of real estate transactions, construction projects, and the drafting and negotiation of investment agreements, including turnkey and general contractor construction contracts, as well as leases for office and commercial space. Participant in real estate due diligence reviews.
• Experience in proceedings to regularize the legal status of real estate, including cases concerning entries in land and mortgage registers and proceedings to remove historical entries.
• Admitted to the bar of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.
• Speaks English.
