She specializes in employment law—including both individual and collective labor law—as well as data protection and compliance. She assists employers with employment-related matters. She advises on the establishment and termination of employment contracts, supports HR teams in developing internal employment policies, and assists with employee communications. She helps shape equality and anti-harassment policies that ensure the organization’s compliance with the law and build employee trust. She participates in due diligence projects and conducts employment-related audits, including those concerning personal data protection. She advises on transactions involving employee transfers and the structuring of employment relationships with management.

She is an active member of the Labor Law Association, where, among other things, she participates in consulting on draft amendments to employment regulations, as well as in cooperation with employer organizations, chambers of commerce, and labor unions. She regularly publishes on HR law topics in national industry journals, including Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. She speaks at conferences on employment issues from a business perspective. She conducts training sessions on labor law, personal data protection in the employment sector, and HR compliance.

In her personal life, she is an enthusiast of running, yoga, U.S. history, and arthouse cinema.

Experience

She has experience representing businesses, including state-owned companies, before labor courts and data protection authorities, as well as representing employers in their dealings with labor unions, including in collective bargaining disputes and mass layoff proceedings.
