Joanna Ostrzewska

Joanna advises entrepreneurs on issues related to labor law and corporate law. She deals with investor relations and related PR activities.

Labor law

She has led projects involving changes to remuneration and work organization rules, such as the termination of collective bargaining agreements and amendments to remuneration and work regulations, also with the participation of trade unions. In the area of collective labor law, she advises on communication with trade unions, including in collective disputes. She has experience in audits and due diligence, mainly in the area of labor law, as well as a coordinator of the audit team. She has experience in litigation, mainly in the area of labor law.

Company law

She supports clients in their day-to-day corporate decisions and activities, including by preparing documentation for company bodies and ensuring that their activities comply with regulations. She has experience in reorganization projects in the area of ownership and related investment projects. She provides services to clients with foreign capital and has participated in cross-border projects.

Investor relations and PR

Responsible for communication with the market of a listed company: organizes cooperation with the media, results conferences, and supports the implementation of current information obligations.

At work, she focuses on transparent communication and practical solutions.

Fills her free time with simple pleasures: books, movies, podcasts. She is interested in topics related to self-development, organization, and change management. She enjoys reading reportage, which allows her to explore different corners of the world. A fan of active leisure.

Experience:

• She specialises in labour law and corporate law.
• She actively develops other areas of interest: she holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and social communication with a specialisation in PR from the Faculty of Philology at the University of Wrocław in Wrocław. She also completed postgraduate studies in accounting and finance at the University of Economics in Wrocław, as well as postgraduate studies in project management at the Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw.
• She was recognized by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice for the business part of the professional exam.
• She is fluent in English.
