Anna Kasprowska

She provides day-to-day legal services to entrepreneurs in the field of business law, civil law and real estate law, and assists entities in the automotive industry in pursuing compensation claims. She also has experience in providing legal services in bankruptcy proceedings for individuals not engaged in business activity (so-called “consumer bankruptcy”) and legal services in bankruptcy proceedings, and restructuring of entrepreneurs.

During her studies, as part of the Erasmus+ program, she participated in a student exchange at the Università degli studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in Modena.

She spends her free time actively with her loved ones and her dog. She loves mountains and winter sports.

Experience:

• So far, she has gained professional experience in law firms of attorneys specializing in legal services for business entities and in legal services for bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings.
• During her studies, she practiced in the in-house legal department of a multinational tobacco corporation
• In 2023 she completed postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in the field of contract law in consumer and professional trade
• She is fluent in English
