Experience

She specialises in intellectual property law and widely understood new technologies/IT law. She is experienced in dealing with  IT projects, including the drafting and negotiating of IT contracts, as well as industrial property law and copyright law. She is an expert in data protection law, in particular in the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO). She advises on the securing of the interests of the parties to a particular contract against the risks connected with running business activity. She is experienced in rendering day-to-day legal services to commercial companies and partnerships of various industries with both Polish and foreign capital participation.

She has been employed with JGA Law Firm since 2015. Previously, she gained experience in law firms rendering services to business entities and individual clients in the area of civil law, civil procedure and commercial law.
